The privacy policy of CGS HOLDINGS INC. 3. CGS Group companies will handle personal information only within the scope of the above purposes of use, except in cases where the individual's consent has been obtained in advance or where the handling of personal information is to be treated as an exception under the Personal Information Protection Law or other laws.
4. CGS Group companies will not provide personal information to third parties without the prior consent of the individual concerned, or unless otherwise required by the Personal Information Protection Law or other applicable laws. CGS Group companies may entrust personal information to other businesses within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law and other applicable laws.
5. CGS Group companies strive to keep the personal data it handles (meaning personal information that makes up personal information databases, etc., and personal information databases, etc., meaning collections of information that include personal information, as well as electronic databases and those specified by government ordinance as being systematically organized in such a way that specific personal information can be easily searched, such as in a directory book. With regard to personal data held by CGS Group companies (this refers to personal data for which CGS Group companies have the authority to disclose or correct the content, and which is not specified by a Cabinet Order as being data for which the disclosure of the existence or nonexistence of the data would harm public interest or other interests), if the individual concerned requests disclosure, we will respond in writing within a reasonable period and scope, after confirming that the person making the request is the individual concerned. In addition, if the individual requests that the information be corrected, added to, deleted, or that its use or provision to third parties be suspended (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Corrections, etc.”), the CGS Group companies will, after confirming that the person making the request is the individual in question, make the requested Corrections, etc. within a reasonable period and scope in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law, etc. Please submit your requests as indicated above via the “Inquiries regarding personal information (request for disclosure, etc.)” page (Japanese only).
7. CGS Group companies will respond promptly and appropriately to inquiries and complaints from individuals regarding the personal information they handle, and will work to develop internal systems to this end.
