The birth of a DX Integrator for the manufacturing industry<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

CGS HOLDINGS INC. was established in April 2025 as a result of a collaboration between C&G SYSTEMS, a Japanese CAD\/CAM manufacturer, and NTT Data Engineering Systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By making our company a pure holding company, and by having C&G SYSTEMS, which has supported the Japanese manufacturing industry for half a century from the perspective of CAD\/CAM systems for molds, and other companies that can support the standardization, digitization, promotion of smart manufacturing, and utilization of on-site data for the entire manufacturing industry, including molds, which will continue to evolve in the future, participate in our group, we will establish ourselves as a \u201cDX integrator for the manufacturing industry\u201d that broadly supports the future of the Japanese manufacturing industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The following mainly explains the history of Computer Engineering (formerly CE) and Graphic Products (formerly GP), which were merged in 2007 to form C&G SYSTEMS INC.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

CGS HOLDINGS INC. <\/td><\/tr>
Apr 2025<\/strong><\/strong>
The company transitioned to a pure holding company structure as \u201cCGS HOLDINGS INC.\u201d and continued to be listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Standard Market.
The CAD\/CAM business was continued by \u201cC&G SYSTEMS INC.\u201d, a business subsidiary newly established through a corporate split from the company.
Sep 2025<\/strong>
Establishment of the intermediate holding company \u201cCGS INC.\u201d through a single-share transfer by \u201cC&G SYSTEMS INC.\u201d
Oct 2025<\/strong>
Acquired a 51% stake in NDES, a newly established subsidiary of NTT DATA ENGINEERING SYSTEMS Corporation, and joined the CGS Group.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Jul 2007<\/strong><\/strong>
CE and GP established Alpha Holdings Inc., as a holding company. At the same time, it was listed on JASDAQ market.
Sep 2009<\/strong><\/strong>
Alpha Holdings Inc. announced the merging of CE and GP.
Jan 2010<\/strong><\/strong>
Alpha Holdings Inc. merged CE and GP, and at the same time turned an operating company and changed its company name to C&G SYSTEMS INC.
Sep 2013<\/strong><\/strong>
As part of our regional base policy in the ASEAN region, we have opened a representative office, the Indonesia Technical Center, in Jakarta, Indonesia.

CG PressDesign for SOLIDWORKS was certified as \"Gold Product\" by Dassault Syst\u00e8mes SOLIDWORKS Corp.
Dec 2014<\/strong><\/strong>
CG CAM-TOOL for SOLIDWORKS was certified as \"Gold Product\" by Dassault Syst\u00e8mes SOLIDWORKS Corp.

CG MoldDesign for SOLIDWORKS was certified as \"Gold Product\" by Dassault Syst\u00e8mes SOLIDWORKS Corp. According to this certification all lineup of CG series was was certified as \"Gold Product\".
