CGS HOLDINGS INC. was established in 2007 through the merger of Computer Engineering (founded in 1978) and Graphic Products (founded in 1981), and since then, it has been providing various CAD\/CAM solutions to promote efficiency and sophistication in manufacturing sites, mainly in the mold market, by making full use of the abundant software technology it has accumulated over the years. In April 2025, we moved to a group management structure to further speed up management and enable flexible and agile management decisions, and to further strengthen group governance, and changed the company name to \u201cCGS HOLDINGS INC.\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
CGS HOLDINGS' corporate philosophy is \u201cWe challenge the limit of the productivity\u201d, and the entire group is putting more effort than ever into developing its people. This is not just about pursuing business skills and product knowledge, but is based on the idea that we want to develop people who can contribute to the company and society by creating an environment and systems that allow employees to achieve self-realization as members of the CGS Holdings Group and as members of society.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The software and support systems developed by the group companies of CGS HOLDINGS are all for the satisfaction of our customers, and the products mass-produced using the high-quality \u201cmolds\u201d created by that software are also for the happiness of consumers. As is well known, the manufacturing industry is currently undergoing a period of major transformation. The CGS Group sees its most important task as supporting Japanese mold technology, which has continued to reign supreme in terms of both quality and quantity, at an even higher level than before, and at the same time, we must achieve further growth as a solution manufacturer that can support world-class mold design and manufacturing, which can be said to be the foundation of mass production-type manufacturing that is expanding globally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
